Shipping Options & Fees
We currently ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC using USPS Standard Mail and Priority Mail for domestic orders. Shipping within the U.S. is $4.95-15.95 depending on the shipping method, destination and package weight.
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, so you can check on the delivery status of your order.
Expedited shipping is also available within the continental U.S. (2 business day). Please choose FedEx 2Day at checkout. Again, rates may vary depending on the destination and package weight. Please note that orders placed before 10am CT will ship out the same day. If the order is placed after 10am CT it will ship next business day and arrive within the given time frame. Expedited Shipping does not qualify for free shipping on orders over $100.
Sisterland is not responsible for any package that is lost, damaged or delayed once the package has been shipped, including local delivery errors or weather-related issues. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to which ever carrier handled the delivery.
International Policies (Canada only)
Currently we only ship our goods to Canada, but hope to make our products available to more countries in the near future. Thank you for your patience!
